The primary challenge was to deeply understand the specific context of banking services in Mexico, including the needs of target users for these types of products and the constraints of local banking regulations.

To address these challenges, I developed multiple concepts, created prototypes, and assisted with user testing to ensure the solutions were effective and user-centric.
