I designed a solution that allows Clip’s merchants to access their earnings instantly, solving cash flow challenges while delivering an experience that feels innovative, seamless, and aligned with the brand and product.

Clip empowers thousands of businesses across Mexico with accessible payment solutions—from card readers to digital invoicing. However, merchants faced a major challenge: waiting 3–5 days to access their earnings, relying on external banking systems outside Clip’s control.
The delayed payment cycle hurt cash flow for small businesses and limited Clip’s ability to offer a fully integrated experience. The goal was clear: enable instant access to earnings while meeting strict financial regulations.

As Lead Product Designer, I led the end-to-end design strategy, aligning legal, product, marketing, and engineering teams to balance usability, compliance, and business goals.
